Please give me some feedback on how to make pictures taken in low light less grainy and blurry. I know that the camera has to slow down the shutter speed, but there must be some way to get the picture without using a flash.

Here is one of my pictures showing the problem. Thanks for your advice. alt text

The higher the ISO I can use the better. Also changing the White balance seems to help some. There are some places where a flash is needed to get really good shots, but a separate flash can make a bigger difference.
